Leading the Church
What is Leadership? A basic description of leadership is the duty and call of the person who is in charge to take charge with courage and character, and to risk leading his/her people where they need to go and how they need to be led. It is a position that seeks vision, opportunities, and needs and then motivates others to get it done through the resources, talents, and time they can contribute. (4/2/2010)

Effective Leadership
We are His Heirs! Do you realize you are God's child and heir? Then, do you allow Him to guide you? (2/2/2008)
Being Loyal to Christ and His Bride We got trouble in our churches--a lack of loyalty. A tough question needs to be asked of ourselves, are we being "harlots" with His Church? Do not refuse God. Teach, preach, be loyal, be fruitful, be faithful, be real for Christ and live it out. By our example, we are used for His glory, giving people known and unknown to us a chance to repent and be saved. (3/8/2013)

Discipleship
How to lead a person to Christ Whatever approach you use, never argue or condemn the other person's beliefs. Focus on God's love for the person, Jesus' death on the cross for our sins, His resurrection, and the person's need to make a commitment to follow Christ. Invite the person to actually pray with you and commit his or her life to Christ. (2/27/2008)
