In a nutshell we have free will to choose, this in reformed theology is called "free agency".
Is Internet Evangelism a proper means of evangelistic outreach for a conservative or Reformed Church? Possibly. Consider this, if you want your church, ministry, or even your business to be effective and productive, you must embrace properly the new and emerging communication platforms. Some platforms of social media are Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, blogs, internet chat rooms; these and other social electronic forum can be used as prime contact podiums. While it is rather unconventional, it need not be scary or foreboding; this media is not limited to the young as it does allow anyone to participate and can be an opportune way to communicate your presence, brand, vision and wares.
Biblical definitions of Spiritual Gifts, as defined by the Bible, presented in no particular order. The definitions and supporting Scriptures do correspond to the characteristics of the Gifts as also expressed in most Evangelical and Reformed thinking.
RESEARCH ON THE HAPPENINGS IN PASTORS' PERSONAL AND CHURCH LIVES.

So, what is going on with today's servants of the Church?

Since first studying pastors in the late 80's, we are seeing significant shifts in the last 20 years on how pastors view their calling and how churches treat them.
We have a big problem in the church today as theology is ignored and good doctrine disappears or is watered down from the pulpit and the airways, and is replaced by what "feels good" or what we feel is needed-Christian junk food. When theology disappears from the church and its leaders, we will have a "free for all" of what we think is truth. The situation will be created where God is moved to the backseat to the god of self or of the favored trend of the day as the central focus of our faith and that will carve a road to hell.
From the very beginning, then, Schaeffer had a mind for what he called "True Truth." He loved the Bible and its message of salvation first and foremost because it is "true." It accurately reflects the reality within which all human beings find themselves and against which, ultimately, they cannot revolt -- try as they may.

Why was this study done? There is little serious or in depth research preformed on this subject.
An address by Dr. Schaeffer to the 10th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America on the occasion of the receiving into its' body of the Reformed Presbyterian Church Evangelical Synod.
