Church Leadership

Christians can stand against Satan by being in Christ. God gives us all of the armor we need to defend ourselves. So, we are to trust Him and use Him and His gifts and tools!
Who is Jesus Christ to you and your Church? Who should He be? Perhaps Who He really is, LORD Almighty!

He is our Sovereign Lord and Savior to whom we owe an unpayable debt and we can respond in our gratefulness for His glory. Our relationship with Christ is not just that He is our Savior, but He is also our Lord and we are His servants; in this relationship, He calls us His friends in John! Consider the wonder of this all. We were bound by sin and in a helplessness state; now, we belong are bonded to a loving, caring Shepherd who desires to carefully carry us to His prime pasture lands and let us graze on His precepts, feed on His Word, and produce His call--the fleece to give Him glory and build His Kingdom. The true believer is the one who bases all their life," IT ALL", upon Christ, with full trust and assurance by faith and obedience.
We must have a firm, forward and moving commitment and trust in His work...

Is being constantly reliable and trustworthy.
How to recover your church after a pastor leaves, even in a fall

The statistics for pastors who fall is about 20%. Nearly 50% of pastors starting out will not last beyond five years in ministry for reasons of burnout and frustration. Just 1 out of every 10 pastors will actually retire as a minister in some form. Now, compare that to that 4,000 new churches beginning each year, while 7,000 churches close. We have some rebooting and rebuilding to do!
What gets your church off its path? What needs to be done to bring it back?
What does your church proclaim and teach?
Character comes from our response to faith is by godly living, and exercising out our faith with trust and obedience, whatever we face! It is not looking at our situation; rather, it is looking to God. God desires and deserves our whole-hearted loyalty, allegiance, trust, obedience, and devotion; so, what is stopping you?
Who or what does your church follow?
Key point: We must make sure our value system is based on God's true Truth! Be on guard against building on the shifting sands and lies of the culture and the world! We are to be the influencers of culture, not the receivers. This is where the church is weak and prone to attack. (Isaiah 54:17; Ephesians 6:10-18)
