Hebrews chapter 3 gives us a template on doing a successful home church: For any church to be successful, big or small, in a cathedral or in a home, we have to have a correct vision and alignment, to know why and what we are doing and where we are going.
If you are in leadership, then be a good leader! Servant Leaders are the managers and administers who do the hands-on work of the Lord! We are to do this by being the people of the Lord. Incarnational Leaders are people who are more visionary, the ones who set the tone and empower the Servant Leaders. Incarnational Leaders are the visionaries, entrepreneurs, architects, and builders of the church.
A Profile of Servant Leadership We usually know what the world calls us to, but do you know what God calls you to? The Bible calls us to a higher level of excellence; one of vision, love, integrity, and functionality. That is what I call "Incarnational Leadership." It simply means that I will lead the way Christ led. I will not lead the way the world wants me to. Is Internet Evangelism a proper means of evangelistic outreach for a conservative or Reformed Church? Possibly. Consider this, if you want your church, ministry, or even your business to be effective and productive, you must embrace properly the new and emerging communication platforms. Some platforms of social media are Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, blogs, internet chat rooms; these and other social electronic forum can be used as prime contact podiums. While it is rather unconventional, it need not be scary or foreboding; this media is not limited to the young as it does allow anyone to participate and can be an opportune way to communicate your presence, brand, vision and wares.

People are naturally attracted to a program that works and is logical and informative so they can understand it. Thus, you need to create a handout or brochure with your vision and key precepts and how they can get connected in them.
One of the major points of our lives is the debt we owe to Christ; we should give back to Him and His work in us with gratitude as we lead His Church. Thus, any condescension to those under our care and guidance is an extreme assault both on the character of our Lord and on His instruction to us.
A basic description of leadership is the duty and call of the person who is in charge to take charge with courage and character, and to risk leading his/her people where they need to go and how they need to be led. It is a position that seeks vision, opportunities, and needs and then motivates others to get it done through the resources, talents, and time they can contribute.
